The Texas Tech Alumni Association invites you to attend our 62nd annual A Matador Evening celebration Friday, Oct. 13 at the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center. Join fellow Red Raiders and supporters of Texas Tech University for a reception at 6:30 p.m. with dinner and ceremony immediately following at 7 p.m.

This year, we will recognize Barry Street '79 with the Lauro F. Cavazos Award. Lou Ortiz, Col. USAF (Ret.) '99, and Kishor Mehta, Ph.D. will receive the Distinguished Service Award. Taylor Vaughn, a senior in the Whitacre College of Engineering, will receive the Brent Ross Fearless Champion Award.

Pricing for the event is $1,000 for a table of 8 or $100 for individual tickets. Tables and tickets can be purchased through Oct. 4 by clicking the registration button at the top of the page.
