Q: Do you offer insurance to alumni?
A: Many different types of insurance are offered through the Texas Tech Alumni Association. Short-term health, life, long term care, auto and home insurance are all available through on of the Alumni Association partners.

Q: Can I buy athletic tickets through the Texas Tech Alumni Association?
A: To purchase athletic tickets, please visit www.texastech.com.

Q: Can you help me find an alum?
A: The best way to find a missing alum is to contact the records department in the office of development at 806.742.1686.

Q: What level did I give at last year?
A: We have six different levels. These are:
Platinum: $2,500 and above
Gold: $1,000 to $2,449
Silver: $500 to $999
Bronze: $250 to $499
Century: $100 to $249
Loyalty: $35 to $99
If you still have questions concerning your giving level, please contact the accounting department of the Texas Tech Alumni Association.

Q: How long will it take to get my desk plaque that is given to century level and above?
A: You will receive your membership cards within two weeks of your renewal. Inside this mailing you will find a form to fill out and return for your desk plaque. Upon arrival of your form, you should allow six to eight weeks for delivery.

Q: How can I get into the Pavilion on gamedays?
A: The Frazier Alumni Pavilion is open to all current members of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. If you are not a current member, you may pay $5.00 at the door per person or purchase a membership at the door for free access for the duration of your membership.

Q: How can I buy a tailgating pass?
A: Please contact the Red Raider Club at 806.742.1196.

Q: Does my membership expire a year from when I renew?
A: No. If you renew before your expiration day on your current membership, your membership will be extended one year out from that expiration date. For example, if you expire on May 15, 2005 and you renew on January 14, 2005, your expiration date will still be May 15, 2006.

Q: Why am I not receiving my installment of the magazine?
A: If there were not problems with the postal service, more than likely your address is wrong in the data system. Make sure to change your information upon moving and to clearly print on all renewal forms so that the information is not misinterpreted.
