Arbor Day
In April of each year, Texas Tech hosts the annual Arbor Day celebration. This is where all student organizations are encouraged to participate in planting trees and bushes to help beautify the Texas Tech campus. The Student Alumni Association Board of Directors participates every year by spending a few hours planting trees as an organization.
