Impressions of Tech:

Available through the Texas Tech Alumni Association are four prints by Clarence E. Kincaid, Horn Professor of Art, Emeritus. Dr. Kincaid, who was well known for his exciting watercolors, came to Texas Tech in 1960. He retired in 1982 in order to pursue his painting on a full time basis. The four signed and numbered prints have been limited to an edition of 1000 each and may be purchased individually, or as a set. Each print is in full color on high quality acid-free paper with an image size of 18" by 24". All portfolios come complete with the artist's biography, the Affidavit of Limited Edition and a brass title/artists plate. "Impressions of Tech" is truly a collector's item!

Collegiate Art by Benjamin Knox

Benjamin Knox was born in Lubbock and was raised on the family horse ranch on the isolated high plains of West Texas. At an early age he excelled at art, music and sports and developed a love for nature with the many family trips to the backcountry of New Mexico and Colorado. His unique artistic voice combines the harmonies of Impressionism and the dramatic melodies of Representational Art with the meticulous style and discipline that he formed during his collegiate architectural studies. Whether finished in the studio or in plein air, Benjamin uses his brush to orchestrate the tones, colors and values of a painting to create a beautiful masterpiece.
