FAQ's

I've forgotten my Member ID, where can I find it?

Your Member ID is located on your TTAA Membership card under your name. Additionally, it is listed on all mailed items such as postcards, the Texas Techsan magazine and other correspondence from TTAA. Please note: add zeros to your Member ID to make it a 10-digit number.

Contact Support if you can’t locate your Member ID number.

I've tried to confirm my account, but it won't accept my Member ID.

Please note: add zeros to your Member ID to make it a 10-digit number. For example, if your Texas Techsan magazine or mailer lists "1234" as your Member ID, add six zeros, "0000001234" to make it a 10-digit number.

I'm a member of the TTAA, why do I need to register?

For security purposes, you must create your own login credentials.

I've previously created a username and password, but I can't log in.

We changed website providers in December 2011. If you registered prior to that, for security purposes, you must complete the registration process. Your old login credentials will not work. Just follow the steps under “create an account.” You’ll need your member ID to confirm.

I clicked the "reset my password," but I did not receive an email with the reset information.

See above. If you have not registered with the new website, the system cannot confirm your email address.
