Raider Riesling 2010
Hints of dried apricots or peaches with balanced sweetness.
Produced from 100 percent Texas grapes, the 2010 Raider Riesling is a blend of 75 percent Riesling and 25 percent Gewurztraminer with just a hint of Botrytis.
Raider Riesling is a delightful, fruity wine that can be served chilled with your meal or as a fantastic finish with dessert. We recommend this wine be served chilled with your peach cobbler or West Texas BBQ on Game Day!
Raider Syrah 2009
Full bodied dry red with long finish and age-ability.
The 2009 Raider Syrah is produced from 100 percent Texas grapes. It’s a blend of 79 percent Syrah and 21 percent Tempranillo. Raider Syrah was barrel aged for 23 months in 59-gallon oak barrels, helping the wine to further develop complexity.
Raider Syrah is a fine example of the high quality wine Texas has to offer. We recommend this wine be served at a cool room temperature. It is especially good with Texas beef or BBQ, but perfect paired with pizza and pasta.
Other excellent selections available for purchase:

Llano Estacado: Supporting Tradition
The Red Raider line of wines was developed as a partnership between two icons of West Texas – Texas Tech University and Llano Estacado Winery. These wines were produced after careful selection of premium grapes and with the expertise of Llano Estacado’s winemakers, Greg Bruni and Chris Hull. A portion of the sales proceeds help support both the Texas Tech Alumni Association and and wine and grape research at Texas Tech University.
