Red Raiders from across the state are encouraged to gather at the Texas State Capitol in Austin on March 1, 2023, for Texas Tech Day. This event, held during each legislative session, is an opportunity for Red Raiders to help advocate for critical funding and initiatives on behalf of Texas Tech. There will be proclamations in both chambers, a Texas Tech pep rally under the dome and opportunities for each attendee to meet with legislators and their staff.

10 a.m. — Texas Tech University recognition in the House
11 a.m. — Texas Tech University recognition in the Senate
12 p.m. — Lunch on your own
1 p.m. — Texas Tech University group photo (site TBD)
